However, the boys quickly evened the score, showcasing their determination. The back-and-forth continued as the boys once again took the lead, only for Sumner to level the game once more just before the final whistle blew in regulation.

As the match entered overtime, the boys ramped up the intensity, launching several shots on goal in an effort to clinch the victory. The decisive moment came when Brayden Ellsmore executed a stunning corner kick. Wyatt Short skillfully redirected the ball with a powerful header, sealing the win for the boys. This thrilling finish resulted in a hard-fought victory over Sumner, with a final score of 3-2.
