Super Lunch in Culinary Arts

Our Culinary Arts students catered a meal on Wednesday, Feb 14, for our Washington County Superintendents. Culinary Arts instructor Mrs.  Eagan and the students decided on a menu of filet mignon, scallops, roasted root vegetables, baked potato, salad with deep fried mozzarella and strawberry shortcake for dessert. The students did an excellent job preparing and serving the meal.
