On November 10th, the Calais High School Student Council and National Honor Society held their annual Rockathon. The students rocked the night away raising funds to purchase Christmas presents for displaced children. So far, they have exceeded their goal of $1500, and with funds still coming in, they currently have over $2300.
Thank you to everyone who sponsored a rocker. We couldn't have done it without you!! Top Rocker who raised over $300 by herself -- Aubrey Beers-Demolet.

On Halloween, our NHS Chapter dressed up to hand out candy to the children at the Library's Halloween Parade. Lead by Gru, Dr. Nefario and Vector, the band of Minions made sure that all the kids in the parade had treats galore.

The Calais High School National Honor Society and Student Council along with the Calais Middle School Student Council is holding a food drive during the month of November to help supply food for our Friday Food Bags for our students in need. With the changes in federal assistance, the need for our students has become greater.
For the High School , it is part of our Winter Carnival class against class competition. If you have a high school student, please encourage them to participate in this compeition.
If you do not have a student at the school but would like to support the drive, please bring donations to the front office to leave for Guidance Councilor Sarah Pike.

Congratulations to the varsity volleyball team for being selected as the recipient of the DAC Sportsmanship Award for 2025.

Our hardworking Freshman Class has been busy raking leaves all around town to raise money for their class! 💪🧹
They’ve been putting in the effort, teamwork, and community spirit to make this fundraiser a success. If you see them out and about, give them a wave — or better yet, support their cause by scheduling a leaf raking! 🍃
All proceeds go toward future class events and activities. Thank you to everyone who’s helped and donated so far — your support means the world to our students! 💙🤍
