Congratulations to Ms. Scott: Employee of the Month for June!
We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Scott has been recognized as our Employee of the Month for June. With over 30 plus years of dedicated service at our school, she has truly become a cornerstone and an integral part of our educational community.
As a math teacher, Ms. Scott’s passion for the subject is contagious. Her classroom is a place where students initially enter with trepidation about tackling new concepts, yet they leave with a profound understanding and appreciation for mathematics.
Her ability to make complex ideas accessible and engaging transforms their fear into excitement, and her students consistently walk away enriched with knowledge. Beyond her role in the classroom, Ms. Scott is actively involved in our school community. She has contributed significantly to our volleyball program as a coach, showcasing her commitment to fostering teamwork and sportsmanship among students. Additionally, she lends her support during sporting events by managing the game clock and proudly singing the national anthem.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Maggie O'Rourke for being selected as the Student of the Month for June. Maggie's unwavering commitment to both her school and her community truly distinguishes her from her peers.
As the student president for her junior class, she showcases exceptional leadership qualities and is deeply engaged in various school activities. Maggie's willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need demonstrates her compassion and strong sense of responsibility.

Khloe has a deep love for artistic expression and is actively involved in the Art Club, where her creativity is on full display. Her artistic talents are remarkable, and she has demonstrated her skills in various projects. Additionally, last year, Khloe was a valuable member of the Drama Club, contributing significantly to the behind-the-scenes work that is crucial for successful performances.

We are excited to announce that our Sports Banquet will take place on June 11th. The event will begin at 5:30 PM instead of the previously scheduled 6:00 PM
.
Join us as we celebrate our athletes and honor our seniors, as this will be their final high school Athletic Sports Banquet. We hope to see you there!

Congratulations to the Baseball Team!
Kudos to the baseball team for their impressive victory against Narraguagus! If you weren't at the field, you truly missed an exhilarating game. Calais held the lead for most of the match, but Narraguagus made a comeback, tying the score and even taking the lead. However, Calais fought back in the bottom of the inning to tie it once more, leading to extra innings filled with a thrilling pitching duel. Ultimately, Calais emerged victorious with a walk-off hit!
