This workshop will help you take the first steps to apply for financial aid and be on your path to a more affordable higher education. Experts will be here to answer your questions! Our 7th & 8th grade Student Council entered a car into Saturday's trunk or treat event. They picked the theme of Monsters Inc, and worked hard to create a fun stop for the kiddos, complete with a monster cut out photo opportunity! Our student council members had a great time passing out candy to all the trick or treaters!

Please plan to attend, as we would like to see as many students and parents as possible.

Part 1 CMS 8th Grade Students have been studying Mesoamerican. As a supplemental project they created pendants inspired by Mesoamerican art.

Winter Sports start this week. It's going to be a busy week!! Basketball Tryouts Monday and Tuesday this week. Girls basketball 3-4:30pm & Boys basketball 4:30-6:30pm in the gym. Wrestling practice will be Monday thru Friday 5-7pm upstairs in the wrestling room. Cheer practice will be Monday 6:30-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 6-7:30pm, and Saturday 10-12 in the cafeteria. Parent meeting for winter sports will be Tuesday evening at 6pm in the library. Coaches will briefly discuss expectations for the season, and there will be an opportunity for Q&A Looking forward to another great season of sports. LET'S GO BLUE!

Congratulations to the 2024-25 National Honor Society Inductees, Addison Ellsmore, Peyton Beal, Lena Chambers, and Maggie O'Rourke.  They were welcomed by current members Secretary Leilani Welsh, Parliamentarian Kate McPhee, President Savanah Waycott, and Vice-President Kayleigh Scott.

The Calais School Dept. will be dismissing all students shortly. Unfortunately, the power outage is expected to last long enough to interfere with lunch and use of facilities. Conferences will still be held tonight at CMHS.

Tomorrows Northern Maine Championship Soccer Game Field Name and Location:  Cameron Stadium 304 Garland Street Bangor, ME 04401 Tickets: Adults - $10.00 (plus service fee) Students and Senior Citizens - $5.00 (plus service fee) All tickets are sold online through GoFan on the MPA website (mpa.cc). There will be no cash sales for tickets at the games. Seating: There is a large grandstand area on the school side of the field where spectators can sit. Or they may stand near the fence. No spectators are allowed inside the fenced-in area. Parking: Team busses, game personnel, officials, and handicapped parking should park in the William S. Cohen School parking lot. Additional parking for spectators is available on Mt. Hope Ave.

We will be holding a PEP RALLY to send off our Boys Soccer team on Tuesday at 12:30 as they head to Bangor to play PCHS for the Northern Maine Regional Finals game. Everyone is welcome to come join us. Let's fill the gym and give them a proper send-off!

Join us for our Fall Sports Banquet and Fundraiser for our newly reformed Blue Devil Boosters Club! During our Fall Sports Banquet, we will also be hosting a dinner to help raise funds for our new booster club! The dinner will be prepared by our very own culinary program at St Croix Regional Technical Center. Cost: $5/person. On the Menu: Lasagna (Meat or Veggie) Salad Dessert (Cookies) Drink Date: November 12th Time: 6:00 PM Location: Calais High School Cafe Come celebrate our athletes and support our programs with an evening of dinner, inspiration, and fundraising. Your presence makes a difference! We look forward to seeing you there! Please note.....participation in dinner is optional, not required.
